Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
To qualify:

Product must be unused and in original condition.

Include all original tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase required.
How it works:

Submit a return request via our website.

We’ll send you a return label (in supported regions).

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days once the product is received and inspected.
Repairs
Our gear is made to be repaired — not replaced.
Warranty Repairs:
We offer a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (e.g. zippers, stitching, buckles, straps).
Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
We offer affordable repairs for wear-and-tear issues — because keeping your gear in use is better for you and the planet.
How it works:

Fill out the repair request form on our site.

Upload photos of the issue.

We'll assess whether it’s covered under warranty or quote a fair repair fee.

You send it in — we fix it and send it back.
Repair. Reuse. Repeat.
Bound products are built to stay in motion. If you’re done with your gear, we’ll help you rehome or recycle it — just reach out.
